I shot there on Wednesday (my pics of the gorgeous NataliaX used) and what a place! modern, clean, all mod cons, I was spoilt for views in the end and only used half of it's potential, I reckon there's about 11 different views and shitloads of natural light available with awsome views of Brum from 20 stories high.

Location wise, easiest place I have driven to, off the M6 onto the ringroad thingie, and turned right into the carpark, definately use the place again.

I may consider the train next time as that's even easier, no need for taxi's and piss easy for models to find (though you might have trouble with them passing so many shops!)

Also made very welcome and help was available if required.

Erm, i'll shut up as it sounds like I'm on commision, but I was well chuffed with the place.

Puretotty, if you stay, would that be to shoot for a second day?

If that is the case, then no charge will be made in order for you to stay there, we are not a hotel lol and accomodating you would be a pleasure if you are using the location over a 2 day period. please bear in mind though, as stated only one of the bedrooms is available.

i understand your point about the price for the location but we guarentee that it will be money well spent and you will have fantastic footage. It is a penthouse on the 20th floor with an amazing view and like simon said there is so many different shoot options to choose from.

I am sure I will be using it... I get pretty hot apartments at the moment through a letting agency who charge me ?80 a day or ?470 a week... they also have some nice shoot areas... not maybe as nice as yours but its a jump to pay more for two days at yours than a whole week at one of myn

i agree puretotty, if you can get more for your money then that surely is the obvious thing to do. Paying us the rate we charge, you could indeed use your location for a week and shoot a hell of a lot more material than you would at our location. But what we offer is something totally different to the usual apartments that can be rented in London or anywhere else for that matter.

Since this original post went up on here we have 4 confirmed bookings and 3 enquires. Not bad for one day.

If you do decide you want an alternative incredibly stylish look (we are not saying your material isnt stylish before you bite) and fancy stretching your budget, you know where we are.

As you can see from simon d comments about the apartment. well worth it, im sure if you take a look at the pics you will see that there is not much material of that standard floating around from the UK. but of course simons photography skills cannot go unmentioned with those pics, ive never seen anything quite like them.

I shall end with this note, we originally do the location and talent package, if a client ie you enquire about just one of the 2 it breaks up the original deal we have in place with the talent promoter.

Not usually. that is not what we intended.

Also there is no model tied to the location, you contact us and say you want it on this day with a list of girls you would like to shoot. we immediatley get onto it for you and arrange what you require.

The original plan was to provide talent and location to the producer/photographer. providing them with an efficient package, a kind of all in one as such.

My rate went at ?50 an hr as i had seen posts previously on here from people advertising locations, i think one was even from yourself and i based our prices on the posts i had seen.

Due to the quality of location, furniture and sights, i thought ?50 was a reasonable amount which actually dropped to around ?35 an hr if you have it for the day.

As i have said, so far we have had bookings and several enquires so the quote cannot be that bad surely.

i think you have mistaken my last post as i do not know if that message was sarcastic comment to us. my message to you was if you have something in place that is sufficient then great, what we offer is a change but it may stretch the budget you have, but you will get a totally different look to what you usually shoot.

Rotunda... maybe you misunderstood my last post too... I want the flexibility to shoot who I want, weather they are on the talent promoters books or not, and not be tied to even more charges with agency fees... just clarifying that is the case.

I have some shoots coming up... I will have to look at budget but sure we can get down there for a couple of days for a change of scenerie... are you far from Broardway Casino ? I might combine it with my other love, losing my money playing poker
