Hi All,

I have some spare time this afternoon and am offering our clean, modern flat location at only ?10 per hour, for this afternoon.

All space is available to use, and all levels of photography / filming will be considered - nothing illegal / violent - so please ask for further details.

Based minutes from Erith station, with plenty of parking, there is access to the living area, main bedroom, and newly re-decorated white / black bathroom theme.

Please note the photograph of the bathroom, was taken only on my mobile in order to give people an idea for the meantime. Thank you.
