I'm guessing the contract says they can do exactly what they have done, having worked on similar things for them before.

I'm saying that in cases like this, some of which I've worked on in the past, will usually have had a contract involved which, when you boil it down to its essence, says, "we can do what we like with these pics and this story, and you don't have any comeback"

I've been there when girls have signed the standard contract, 15 pages long, without reading it, because of their eagerness to get the big money offered.

I'm making an educated guess here that, somewhere down the line, NoTW have covered their arses. If not, then there's a good libel claim for the girl here. (ridicule, hatred or contempt.)

My general point is, if you take the shilling that allows people to do what they like, you can't complain when people do what the hell they like.

crystal i can sympathise with u i have had the same shite about me in the new of the world about 8 weeks ago.i was on the whole page and a shitty story to follow though my name was not given as was not my real age i keep a copy of it...do be very careful who u do and dont talk to now within the next few days as ppl will try and get a shoot with u to use it against u....i am happy to chat to u babe if u ever wanna a shoulder to lean on...i know how humilating it can be but as for my time it came out i didnt care they r newspapers they get paid to lie......i aint gotta prove myself to noone and i didnt...DANI..XXX
