Keni,

"Honestly if your not working for one of them then your not really working... "

I took that as an insult aimed at me. Maybe I took your comment the wrong way??

Just because you don't work with the big companies for whatever reason, this database should still be of great importance to ALL performers.

No, it was not meant as an insult at all... the companies who are supporting it are the main producers and employers in the uk and are providing the majority of the work out there... its fantastic that they are supporting the database as that means it is much more likely to become industry standard.

If you not working for those companies then you must not be working on a regular basis, this is true. No insult its just true. The companies not supporting this may well be some of the smaller ones and thats their choice but the main point I was making was that with the BIG companies supporting us then it is MUCH more likely to become a industry standard.

Apologies if you took offense to that, it was not aimed at you or anyone, I don't know you and I don't know who you work for and I didn't mean to imply that you don't take your sexual health seriously if thats how you read it.

Hurray for all being on the same side anyways...

That I'm afraid is complete tosh! I was happily working 3-4 days a week without doing any work for the larger companies.

There is plenty of work out for models who don't want to work for the big companies.

You also need to target performers that don't work for the big companies also.

I am told that you can catch STDs even if you work for smaller outfits......

Glad we agree on sexual health though!

Good for you Kelly, I'm just trying to say that perhaps if the large companies support it the the smaller ones will fall in too? Wouldn't that be great, industry wide support!?

Seriously though, good for you and tit for tat about how much anyone works, I never said anyones health was more or less important than anothers, who ever they work for. I just said that the truth is these companies who are supporting it supply the LARGE majority of for in the uk, that is true.

The big companies produce the most and shoot the most so in that sense its great that the bulk of sexual interactions at work are going to be supporting the industry database.

The rest of the companies (smaller or not) can choose to support it or not but thats the companies, as long as we as performers are supporting it then thats great too.

Phew... I retract my bitch claws... and again no insult intended.

What big companies are you talking about?

I think if you analysed the figures for the porn industry, you would be surprised at how much is done by smaller outfits and one man/girl bands.

Oh god this is gonna get long now... what are we talking about?

We both want the the industry database to happen, I think the bulk of the work comes from big companies and you dont... ok I agree to disagree...

Sorry for offending you though.

Keni,

I'm glad you know when you are beaten...lol

The point I am trying to get across is that we can not afford to just concentrate on the bigger companies. It needs to be industry wide.

Kelly,

Agreeing to disagree is not accepting defeat... lol

The point I am trying to get across is that now we have the bigger companies onboard we have more chance in making this industry wide.
