I am looking for someone to convert it to DVD so that I can edit it for re-release but I usually use Ulead which won't reproduce the Dolby soundtrack.

I am not sure what the problem is with ULead and dolby but there seems to be a dolby stereo pack for Ulead. I don't know if this helps, I have limited experience of this but I thought that Adobe premiere was the main super duper software to use ...
