You would do yourself more good by setting up and affiliate project then you have a dozen people promoting you and they are paid per sale.

Then someone to do SEO or forum elves etc can be separate

There is a business argument for saying you should spend all your time promoting your affiliate site and not your content site.

If you just promote your content site you may as well be an affiliate to someone else's site and save all the expense of making content and paying for servers.

CCBill recommend that anyone thinking of doing their own site should start off working as an affiliate so they learn the business.

I agree with RGB, get your affiliates inline and make them do the work

Maybe worth offering the hardcore affiliate marketters like JoeKing and Planet Erotica a deal of sorts

Also have you entered the vipers dens yet ? (GFY and B&B).

Certainly promoting the affiliate program to the right places will help massively Ric, also look into creating primary affiliates of those who perform well and convert well. Give them exclusive access and early release on promo content to inspire and motivate them to work harder for you as they will have a better marketing edge for their affiliate sales.
