Agreed, but, to paraphrase, if you offer peanuts, get treated like a monkey.

Interestingly the people I know who book girls for their own content (i.e. they are not reliant on a buyer but sell direct to the public via paysite etc) have kept their rates up.

I think the buyers need to look at their operations and recognise that if they want good British girls, they are going to have pay properly, and if that means finding something else to cut, so be it.

If they just want Bored Moldovans, then they'll get what they pay for.

Hopefully 2010 will be better.

When I started UK Girls Downloads I didn't really know in which direction the site was going to go, the fact that most of the girls are not that well known in the industry is just how it panned out.

I have worked with some well known models, Naomi, Jasmine Lau, Kaicee Marie to name just a few and a few up and coming stars, Rayne, Dani, Holly again, just a few.

I like to consider I am fair in what I pay the models, I am not discussing exactly what on a public forum and I dont expect models to do anything that they are not comfortable doing, I personally feel that makes for a better shoot.

I'm glad that some people like my site, thank you Paul for mentioning it in your original post and I will do my best to improve on what I have achieved so far.

Top marks to that man!!!... You have so many guys with a cam entering the market offering cheap rates, ( like the ?25!!! this morning "Cos im not a pro company!!") WHERE is the incentive guys, for (loads,not all) girls to do this as a serious career choice?- you wont ever get "Loads of new" girls in unless and until girls start selling it to other girls at work, college,etc " Cos the money/hours/people are so fucking brill"..... The fact tjhat uk Girldownloads has longevity and is being popular, is testament in itself - proving if you treat the girls well ( respectfully and to levels they are HAPPY doing, and thus getting THE MOST out of them) coupled with sensible pricing,ie . you need to turn a buck/they need to invest their time where its BEST spent,.....then with hard work,and maybe sum luck, a viable business can be nurtured....... x
