My new site is a long way off being finished and I don't even really know what I'll be doing with it beyond just popping peoples portfolios and details there as and when.

The function of the site is threefold:
1 - Showcase any models who want a reliable place to have a portfolio hosted. (Photographed by me or not)
2 - There will be a members-only area (as soon as I have raised the cash through the sale of my house and can sink it into model fees.)
3 - I get to speak my mind about our rather odd industry... (good points and bad).

Basically I'm thinking of going back into the agency side of things. I was reasonably good at getting people work before as well as introducing them to this industry and ensuring they knew everything they needed to make informed choices. I can't do this till I raise some cash but I thought I'd make a start on the basics of the site.

As to the white on black text... I have no problems with it - perhaps something else is affecting your vision mate!?

Seriously though, nothing's set in stone yet and I'll allow the site to grow organically - so thanks for the feedback.
At the moment the site is mainly so that new girls I approach can see something concrete as it were because until they do they tend to assume I'm some kind of dodgy pimp or drug-dealer and not a lovely, soft and innocuous photographer.
I'm afraid that genetics have cursed me with the kind of appearance that make nice people cross the street!
