Looks like at last they've found the problem, was told it would be next week at the latest, but many were back online last night, so looks like it's fixed.
Sorry for keeping on over the last few weeks Ionie and Elliot, I could have just enjoyed the service I was getting, but felt for the rest of them with no sound.
Oh well, guess I'm redundant now, no more translations for Kat and the like;)
