Please can some one explain how to add my pics to a post once I have up-loaded them to a photo host site.

If you copy the code that begins [IMG] and ends [/IMG] and then paste it into the message body the pic should appear.

For using your AIR pics ...

Get Firefox web browser, right click on image.

Save Image Location As

then paste that into the forum post, and suround with IMG tags as per FAQ.
