There is no problem in naked pics and a child charity.

If you are poor or disadvantaged and you are offered a meal that you would not otherwise have would you be worried that the money was raised by perfectly legal and decent means?

If you're a charity are you registered with the charity commission?

If yes what's the registration number if not then you're not a charity.

If your asking people to join your site and then you will pass on a few quid to another organization it's fine but you're opening a door you may wish not to open by claiming charity or foundation status.

The over thing to remember IF you're going down the kids charity road is that not all 'porn people' will visiting the site if the name or even search code becomes known.

For example someone wanting "to donate to a children's charity in Coventry" probably won't also be looking for a new hot and horny MILF.

You also may want to look at your site wording which says its FREE but only for the 1st hundred and only then if they donate ?5.

That means it's not FREE its ?5. The charity 'excuse' is redundant.

As someone who has done a lot of charity work and is a porn fan I am more inclined not to give a toss where the money is generated from as long as it comes in to help the kids BUT there are some out there and they may even be in the organization you're supporting who will see things and a link to porn a lot differently.

My Foundation is registered at Companies House as a not for profit company.

It is not a Registered Charity.

It is for the benefit of kids and not for the benefit of Shareholders.
