Here's an intertesting one for someone!

We are looking for fresh glamour models (Topless, 18+)

We are hoping to find a scout to scour clubs etc maybe one evening a week in the North West area to find prospective new models. This person will ideally be confident, and female

This will involve talking to prospective girls, discussing our rates and getting an email address/mobile number etc where we can contact them to book a shoot or to discuss at a later date

The role will only be for a few hours a week, and is a bit of an experiment for us!

Just out of interest... why female?
I do this all the time and get a very good response.
Usually, however, the girls don't tend to be what I'm really looking for since I'm looking for girls who will stick with me for an extended period whereas most just want a few jobs with a quick payout.
If I know where to send girls who don't fit my description and I'm getting reimbursed for my time then I already have names and numbers that I don't use.

I find plenty of girls on my nights out.

Very few of any at my blog are found anywhere else than in "real" life (clubs, street, asda etc..)

So I agree I don't think being male will hold you back

RE the female option, we spoke to models who suggested that if some bloke in his 30's came up to them in a club and asked them to pose topless we might not get very far! But I do totally appreciate your comments, especially as you do well from this line of work yourself!

I think this is the best route evenif its nothing new.

I used to meet girls al the time in my heyday and many did think about it and some decided they wanted a shag but not make videos LOL (true ting dat)

Yes, women tend to get a bit better response than men but firstly I assume you'd only be paying per model found rather than putting someone on a wage so where's the issue there?.. you could 'employ' all of us since we'd be on 'piecework' (lol).
Secondly, it's all about the approach and how much a person knows about the industry. I always start with a 'hello' then give them a card, smile pleasantly and walk away - it works 50% of the time, by that I mean they get in contact... which is all you need to get to first-base (professionally speaking).

Or you could stand on the streets of Northampton on a saturday afternoon and hand out flyers (no prizes for guess who did this) but it worked!
