Whats The Law Advice Required

Post by Blue Carrot Studios »

I wonder if anyone could help us with this small but what could bea significant question, we produce both stills and video for female domination web sites and have noticed that on some competitors sites the action such as a girl trampling on a subs cock or the male sub sucking a strap is blurred out on the still with a label of "Image censored to comply with UK Law".

Is there a new law that we are not aware of come into play or is this to comply with the new "Dangerous Pictures Act" law

If someone could advise us then we would be most appreciative.

Sounds like DPA.

If you want advice on this issue, it might be wise to pay a lawyer...

It seems the extreme porn bill is angling there cases on what could be seen as harmful and non consesual acts where domination is concerned.

Even if its between consensual people.

However I think it would be very borderline if argued by a good lawyer.

To quote one meeting with the BBFC, a baseball bat up the arse would be considered extreme under the present legislation but double anal wouldnt.

Confused?

I think its meant to be.

Dont take this the wrong way Brian2007 ..But looking at whats available in sex shops kind of limits you within the same line as what is already out and just adding to what is already out there aplenty already.

What you should be doing is thinking about making it more interesting and different but within the realms of what is legal.

There are plenty things not covered that would be legal butit seems too many people copy whats already out there and think thats the "in" thing
