You need to sign up with a hosting company and send your files to there server. They will give instructions when you have signed up

OK. I have a hosting company who host my ten websites. But this is the first time I've designed something myself and not sure what to click on to get the design up there!

You need to get the FTP details

when you click into remote testing you need to put the FTP host info there and then your login and password.

Once thats in click the "put files" button and your done.

you need to upload files to your site. I assume you bought the hosting and domain..
