I have a nice single/double rooms to rent for 450 a months and a studio for hire for photoshoots and filming for a low fee if interested. It can be useful for a models to rent out to save the travelling if working in London and Essex area. I have many rooms for hiring out for your filmings and photoshoots and have many lightnings equipment you need.

We always use the tea shop at Holland on the sea front in the summer & John loves the little train lol! we will have to meet up for a drink one night.
