c4s and model release form (solo model who film he

Hi one model ask me help in this.
Case: Solo model individual filming herself and sell clips her own store in c4s. What kind Model Release form she need?

Models is keep c4s store about 1 year filming her own content. Now c4s ask her deliver Model Release.

She would not need model release if it was of herself and if they do, surely its not a problem to do one for them, if ts her own content??? Is it they are asking for id, different thing.

If it is model's own site, no release needed but if another company is hosting ( taking a cut ) they should have there own release form for her to sign. They should also ask for photo ID.

He's talking about Clips4Sale in the USA. In theory every user must have model ID's and releases on file. So what's the problem? She provides an ID, writes a release under her real name, and sends it.
