Well, I'm Tonya, and I'm looking for someone who can help me set up a web-site from scratch.

I don't have any cash to throw at it, but I want it working, and able to bring in money within next 3mths

you maybe better with an adultwork profile to start with, I would be surprised it anyone would do a full pay website for free. So to get you up and running an Aw profile is easy to do and manage yourself and you can make money from it with a bit of effort.
