I've been getting e-mails asking who the model is. To be really honest with you she took (37 Grand) off me in total. Look i don't really want to open a can of worms. I am a calm person.

This is how it started. I booked her for a shoot oct 2008 . i got paid a good bonus from work. So i thought i book a model and make a portfolio for myself. I paid her 1grand in advance then she had a few set-backs so i lent 2k. She then asked me 3k cos she had family matter & promise to pay me back.

Then a few days later she asked some more, i said stop it, but she said she promise to pay back. so i thought i gave her 6k. if i say no then she will not give that 6k back. so i lent her 500, 300, 1500, 900, 500, 1200 pounds on & on. I don't have food can you lend me 200 quid I told her to leave me alone and let me move on with my life . i promise i'll give you a G/G show.etc, etc In the end she left high and dry in the region of 37k. Yes 37k.
I got all her e-mails, txts and all the bank payments i made in her account as proof. Now my car is broke and my gas boiler is f****. I only have 23 pounds in my account and that's got to last me from now 17feb until the end of feb (11days). I have to walk to work now 2 miles there and back. Grrrrrrr.

I'm so angry at myself, but what can i do? i have to move on with my life and rebuild again.

Oh man i feel like Sh**. But i'll be alright i can't let this get me down. What has this world come to? I don't know. I try to stay away from porn now so i just take pictures of flowers and car now. Sad, just sad.

lol, what do you mean, 'what can I do?' how about small claims court, police report? Why do you think girls get away with this lol, because people like you are made to feel like a chump when you should be aggressively pursuing this.

What model? when did this happen, man you should never ever give model anything upfront ... ever hun ... it same for us models ... never do paid shoot before you've been paid & always leave with your content ... never do that ...

I think if you go to police, you can get your money back ... I read simular story in take abreak .. it was different ... an older gent had met a lady on dating site ... & she'd told him all this story bout being ill, all different to get money ... & he'd fallen for her ... so he kept giving her money, then he found she was married & doing that to loads of guys, so he went to police with all his documents & then she got charged & jailed for like 8 years for fraud ... so maybe if you do same with that model, you can get same thing, she was also forced to pay the money back, so you might get your money back too.

Im so sorry singh that happened to you ... but if it something you really want to do, dont be put off to try again ... just do it differently ...

ie. always ask for references or atleast portfolio of work ... secondly average industry rates are much lower than that ... for example for pictures only solo would be just ?50 -?60 hour, gg alittle higher, bg a little higher than that but in no means in the thousands range. girls dont get paid for any shoot until they turn up and are at location/studio, but money always comes before shoot, as lot guys try the vice versa to what you experienced.

But ?50 to ?60 is alot of money for an hour ... hell of alot ... if you work a 5 day week on that & good models enjoy what they do too, its very good job & income and if you do gg, bg and video too ... it might not be in the 1000's ... but it hell of good income, some people go to work whole week for 40 hours plus to earn what we do in day sometimes ... you cant complain about that ... and the content doesnt make 1000's over night for photographers & producers, especially not up & coming one's, its about being realistic. the problem is nowadays, is some people are so greedy, they want victoria beckham life for doing absolutely nothing, nothing is easy, nothing ... but between ?50 an hour for following icons like betty paige, and more for having fun & meeting people ... how can you complain ... when some people work hour after hour in job they hate for what ?5.73 an hour! Im retired now, but if you want to try & earn some & do it properly, I know some very good, nice & very established models, that would most certainly not do that kind of thing. and try what I said bout the police, it worked for the gent in that story, it is fraud & you have all documents ... so you have case. you shouldnt just let that go.

If the evidence shows a plan, she is criminal, but prob no chance of getting money back if she has spent it.

All that might happen is you make her bankrupt, and she little or nothing.

that was quite frankly pathetic! nice little game. i cancelled last shoot geniuenly becos i have ibs, n tony & johnny knw that becos we had discussed priorly at johnny house shoot I did there. thank god i retired and dnt hav deal with cunts lik u anymore!

thank you so much paul, yes paul you blew me out through no fault of your own, paul's car died, totally ... and he tried very much to get up to newcastle for me ... these things happen, it cant be helped, sometimes we geniuenly cant make it for one reason or another ... and then we had awesum shoot, I got awesum break for my career, made great contacts and you got me great work & I awesum made some awesum new friends ... and paul is great professional guy ... no funny business ... professional attitude and is actually a very nice guy too ... on both my shoots with paul, I had great fun & hehe we caught an awesum bloopers ... satin sheets and a rampant samara leads to 2 performers on the deck ... did you put that up yet? x
