The examples of a page 3 girl or phone sex are fun illusions, Eli Roth of Hostel fame was a sex text "girl" before finding fame.

When an illusion is carried beyond a reasonable point then it becomes something a little sinister. Someone Representing themself as another in order to entice models to work with them is an example of this.

The best people in this business don't have to be wizard of oz about things as people know they make good stuff.

I reckon this is more common than you may think. I reckon the photographer would have a site with a load of girls on it and pretend to be them.

I think your second point about posting a girl on Adultwork and pretending to be her,for whatever reason, has crossed the line, but again probably very common.

I think your points technically fall under the headings of "False advertising" and "Deception" but I'm afraid the justice system does not operate within the Sex Industry, where the judgement is always going to be, "Serves you bloody right, you idiot!"

if you think guys passing themselves off as models/women is a bad thing what about the huge amount of togs who are on here that tell aspiring models "ahhh its only for personal use blah blah blah" only for the content to end up on sites such as adultwork

thats just as common in fact more so from research i have been doing

obviously THATS not right and one can only hope the "aspiring" model becomes a successfull one and the dishonest tog crashes and burns once words out... Nobody ever said earning a GOOD name for yourself would be easy,or indeed the easiest route...there are plenty of shortcuts and deceptions a person can choose ,or choose not,to undertake .. Alot may depend on a persons situation,what they can or have to do,to make a situation work ..... In an ideal world,everyone would have the highest integrity ....... Not only is the world not ideal,but WE are in porn for God sake... A bigger,happier and more dysfunctional family i couldnt think of!

Its all about selling fantasies anyway and as Jim said ethics and porn are not recognised in a business where the mainstay is "a sucker is born every minute"

Lets face it, half of peopes disappointments with the global phenomenon known as the porn industry have been victim to some rip off perpetrated by some person or other.

As Im fond of saying, this business is all about fucking. Every body is fucking everybody. Models fuck models, fuck the producers who fuck models who get fucked by the distributors and utimately everyone else gets fucked by restrictions.

Ultimately its all about fucking. You either fuck or get fucked.

This business is a paranoid one because everyone is expecting to get fucked before they get fucked so why shouldnt a man masquerade as a women and play to mans fantasy?

I remember years ago I knew a model who used to do a roaring trade selling her knickers. Anyway, she couldn't wear them fast enough to meet demand, as her punters demanded that the knickers had that, "Just worn smell". Anyway she ended up getting her cross-dressing boyfriend to wear 10 pairs at the same time in rotation for weeks on end!

Imagine if her punters had known that they were wanking into a pair of knickers that some hulking builder had been wearing, whilst wandering around scratching his arse!

Things went from the sublime to the ridiculous though, when she still couldn't satisfy the demand and started trying to get her chocolate labrador to wear them as well, while the poor pooch was trotting around the house.

Personally, I can't see where the dog's tail would have gone.!confused!
