Location with chair needed

You know when you have a specific idea in your head well I need a library look with a good chair (the chair is very important). Ideally looking for a southern location as the model is London based and I will also need a normal sofa or bed to do usual porn on - but cant be too expensive so no links to awesome central london red carpet many floored studios as im far too poor for that.
