Hi

I am looking for a web designer. Initially for 2 page show site, then to work on full paysite

Must be flexible to work quickly, and have relevant experience

Also, i'd be interested in hearing about these genius super cheap overseas web designers that everyone says they can't compete with. Because I can't find one!!

Try ODesk - adult is Ok so loong as you state such in the description, so that those who may be offended can ignore it.

The thing about genuis overseas designers is that you either buy what they offer, OR, you need to be technical yourself in order to tightly define your needs. They are a bit like Devils granting wishes - what ask for is what you get, even if it's not what you need.

My fave devil story - a middle aged man bests the Devil at chess and gets the traditional three wishes.

I wish to be young again
I wish to be rich
I wish to be loved by beautiful young women

The Devil granted them all, and in a trice the man was turned into a babe in arms, with a trust fund, being raised by nuns.....
