Certs question

Post by Nob3y »

I am still toying with the idea of getting certs done with an idea on doing some gonzo style shoots.

Ok so there are places to get them done.

Question is this,

Do any performers/adult stars male and female ever get a dose of anything like Chlamydia , Gonorrhoea or somthing as bad or worse?

If you do what happens after you get it treated?

Is it just a case of getting new certs and carrying on?

If youre going to let an little thing like Chlamydia and gonorroeah or HIV influence your decision then your best not doing it at all.

Read what others say , particularly Kim and other performers who would prefer to use condoms if given the choice

The new porn stars motto is: "We do it, so you dont have to" (cue big tv smile and glint on teeth)

Mind you , you are still more at risk of catching these things from the general population than just people in porn so choose your tools for the job wisely.

Dont get mad if you do catch a dose either. Its an occupational hazard like any other job.

Sorry for not candy coating the reality for you but I wont lie to you.

Agree with OEJ, if your worried about infections then don't do it, it enevertable that sometime during your porn life you will catch something, poss Chlamydia or gonorroeah or maybe something worst !, but hay, you just go to the clinic and get treated, if its treatable, however tho the first sign, or think you may be infected you stop working straght away and get in contact with all previous working partners for the two weeks before, then you dont work again until given the all clear from the clinic and you have new certs.
Is this clear enuf for you my friend !!!

If you are serious about doing some adult filming, you will need to get certs before and a few months after the shoots.

Why? Because lots of people do things outside of the adult industry.

A while ago I did a dogging shoot with a well-known model and within a week I had a burning sensation. Simply went to the doctors and got it sorted as well as cancelled my shoots for two months.

I've looked into this aswell and chatted with models. As the others say you'll certainly get something at some point. Certs come in various forms and can easily be faked, but if you want to make sure then a decent performer won't mind you asking to phone up the clinic to check the dates. But it still comes down to trust.

If you are serious about doing some adult filming, you will need to get certs before and a few months after the shoots.

More like if you are in the business of performing you need to get your tests done every 28 - 30 days.

Its even worse to leave it every few months though I reccommnd sexually active people outside theporn biz get a test every 3 to 6 months depending on the level of their activity...Gosh hark at me!? Anyone would think Im a doctor for dispensing such info.

Dr Stephens...Hmm i like the sound of that.
