Why don't you try the different hair colour for a week or two to see how it goes. You never know you might get more work with a new look.

I would forget about the tattoos in particular on the arms. It could lose you a lot of work.
Don't forget if you find you don't like them after a period of time, it will cost you a fortune to get them removed.
