I have had an email from her that I think was meant for someone else. I don't know her.

At first I thought it was a scam, but the address and headers fit and Google says there is a LH who does do some softer adult work. Anyway, if the message is genuine then she needs some help from her friends.

If the message is fake, then she needs to know that her email account has been hacked.

UPDATE

Now believed to be a fake - either her legit email has been hacked, or someone is going to a lot of trouble to impersonate her by setting up plausible email accounts etc.
