Need to hire a sexy set / location

Hi guys,
I'm making my own b/g xxx video and am trying to find a good location.

I'm in the South East of England and ideally would like to do some filming in an adult shop ( vids/ toys etc). I'm quite happy for the owner to be present of course.

I'm also after a room (even hotel room) that has the mirrors, jacuzzi, large bed, water bed etc etc. I'm sure you know the sort of thing.

Any recommendations would be most welcome

Doesn't look like a sex shop and doesn't look like a hotel room with a jacuzzi, but currently a big wooden posted bed installed (TVX with Syren Sexton and Jay Snake, and Your Choice with a girl and Jigster have both shot using it) and the place is cheap and very easy to reach in N London with a tube station opposite and free offstreet parking.

Hey I have a big house in the south east
i don't have a hot tub but it has a conservatory big garden large lounge and bedroom with en suite bathroom I am also near the beach and woods let me know if these are of any use Carmen

Thanks for the offers but i already have access to a good studio and my house is pretty similar to the one you offer.

Any more suggestions?
