Thing is..In my early days I used to do the tryouts thing because the girls were keen but the girls have wised up now and not interested in doing it with a new guy on camera for free.

Surely in the UK, the average lifespan for an average performer is fewer than 12 jobs, which would pretty much exhaust the number of UK producers currently paying out. Can't imagine the UK industry can absorb any more studs except hobbyists who do it for free.
