Bar Location required for December...

I know it's close to Christmas and all but I need a bar location for filming in or around Manchester. Contacted a couple in Manchester but either booked up or too busy or just not interested in this type of production.

Budget is not necessarily important as I'm not putting up the cash but a reasonable fee is up for grabs.

I'd be grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction.
