Industrial/Warehouse location required for Jan

I require an industrial Unit/Warehouse location for a shoot in late January. The location needs to be in or around Manchester and be large enough to accommodate fairly largish set pieces.

If location is successful, will be required on at least two more occasions in Feb.

Preferably seeking a place with character and a little eeriness about it.

Again, as with my previous location request, budget isn't necessarily important as I'm not covering the cost, and a reasonable fee is up for grabs.

I'd appreciate any assistance.

If you don't get any joy from here, Ben, go round your local industrial parks, the older ones, get the name of the Site Manager and ask to talk to him. If you find someone who's responsive (and you will if you go to enough), he'll either manage it himself on the quiet, or he'll talk to his bosses in which case make sure you've got him on your side by promising him a finder's fee. (And get a commitment from him before you leave that you can use his office and toilets as a Green Room.) There'll be some beauties round Manchester, and once you've found the right guy you'll probably end up with a handful of choices on the same site.
