The easiest way is to contact them and ask them if they would like to purchase content of you, and if they would then hire someone to shoot it and then sell the content to the site in question.

Absolutely. The "Whois" website will only give details and info regarding a particular website, it won't do anything else.
And you're right about visa's, the chance of a UK model getting a visa to work in the US is very slim. If a non US model is caught working in the US without a work visa, she could well be deported and banned from returning for at least 5 years.
Model safety is a damn good point as well. This has to be down to the models themselves though, in the main. Whenever they are offered work by anyone they don't know they should check, double check and get references, references, references (and references that can be verified).
Unfortunately, many don't seem to do that and just look at the money being offered.
Hint to you girlies out there, please CHECK and get REFERENCES.

I don't think that would work in the US market thats been tryed before ( here as well ) you may find they will want to shoot the content & will want you to go to them as well. Remember it would cost the the productor double in fee's the productor would more likely want to him it him or herseldf to keep costs down , like so many of them use a hotel or a friends flat to do so.

As someone who sells content I disagree.

It can be far cheaper for producers to buy content than have to pay for a model to be flown to the States, plus hire a room for her whilst she's there.
