Here's all my doubts (as a male camera operator), since you ask;

You haven't stated where you are, which is obviously going to impact on whether it's economical for someone to work with you or not, and you don't have a website;

You clearly want someone to work for no pay and a profit share, which isn't a very typical thing for a camera op to do;

The phrase "success and fun guaranteed like in other film category" makes you sound deluded; and finally

"replies with photo will get faster reply" would tend to raise questions about exactly what sort of camera opping you want in the first place. A bit like the famous ad "farmer wants wife with tractor, send picture of tractor".

Well, thanks for letting me know all these. No need for personal attack on being deluded and all that. And i'm not looking for someone to work with me for a no pay and a profit share, as you reckon.

I'm from Bradford, West Yorkshire. I'm looking to undertake a series of shoots for an adult film production. And i only need a female to work with on this project. Just because i didn't ask for a 'Male Camera operator' like yourself shouldn't warrant a personal attack from you. I want to work with a female for load of reasons, that's all.

Not only is it sexist but it's also illegal. You can of course choose a 'female' but you can't just advertise for one.

Its funny how Toybox being a 'Male' camera operator attack on this forum.

Simply because i specifically asked to work with a female camera operator doesn't mean I'm being sexist, just what i want. Simple!

Toybox seems delusional, angry and biting hard because of my post and it shouldn't be the case really. We all have our links in this adult industry, and i dare not move my tent near you because you're definitely not a nice person to work with.

Toybox, i'm a man and looking for a female to work with on this project. And yes, the profit will be 50/50 between me and the person i work with. I am not asking the other person to put any investment upfront or anything, just her time and commitment is enough and worth the profit she'll be making at the end.

I thought its best to be honest upfront about what i want so i wont just sound like a time-waster to people like you who are more experienced in this industry. I'm not interested in your "tent" or any of its contents, though I'm sure they don't include a real website or any real prospects of earnings for anybody, male or female. I also don't care who you advertise for, and off the top of my head don't think it's illegal (sorry Dave) to advertise for a specific gender for employment, in an organisation with a very small number of employees.

I just thought it amusing (and hoped that others would also derive some harmless amusement from the fact) that you claim to be well enough organised to run a business on a no-pay, profit share only basis (though denying moments later that you'd done so) but not well enough organised to actually include your own location in your employment advert, which I would have thought would be a basic requirement; and that you'd further blown your limited credibility by asking potential camera ops to submit a photo of themselves.

Sorry if my amusement has irritated you. I have ?50 to be donated to a charity of your choice if your advert ever, ever results in any female camera operator earning anything from you under the terms stated.
