And I agree with both of you. I too am 20 years served, and have never known it so bad for every aspect. I fear its in a terminal decline, now.

Stick with it.
There are so many dodgy people, timewasters, fans posing as toggers, haters, fakers and people who just think it's funny to book you without ever having any intention of following it up that it's hard to get through ther day sometimes but I'm sure you are bigger and better than all that crap.

Take a day off, leave the computer alone, avoid the phone and have a walk in the woods or along the beach or whatever you really love to do...
and be a normal person for the day.

It works for me.
