I also work as a Personal Trainer but based up in Scotland. In addition im a qualified nutritional advisor and currently work with two professional sportsmen alongside other clients i have.

The thread came from another girl saying that used a personal trainer to get/keep in shape for shoots

As I said before, I can recommend this guy based in the North East to advise on nutrition and exercise etc http://fitforyou.co.uk

I too was in the fitness industry for 12years, advising not only on exercise but nutrition, lifestyle, general health and fitness, having trained other trainers to PT level etc, and that was why I recommended this guy (who also works in the adult industry occasionally)
