Changing your body perminently because you think it'll boost your workload and confidence isn't much of an argument. Changing your hair colour, perhaps, but that's easy to change back. And on the same metaphor, some guys prefer brunettes to blondes and some guys prefer lovely, suckable A or B cups to grotesque, lifeless DD cups that don't move during sex! If all porn stars with beautiful little boobies had them enlarged (which seems to be the way it's going - Donna Derriere, Sandie Caine, Layla~Jade, Lolly Badcock), there'd be no-one left to satisfy the natural breast loving porn viewers. You have cracking tits that make me want to rip your bra off with my teeth, why change them when they look so gorgeous because a few producers 'might' give you more work.
