The Russians gave the people bigger bribes than the Spanish or the Dutch.

I doubt that the English Bribed anyone due to the fact that the Country is run by fucking idiots who do not realise that bribing people is the only way to do business everywhere else in the world. (A ?1,000,000,000 bribe got British Aerospace a ?40,000,000,000 contract. Pretty good investment.)

So if you want the World Cup put ?30,000,000 for the bid, ?1,500,000,000 for the games and ?30,000,000 for the judges.

To think any other way is naive.

Of course, England's failure to win has nothing at all to do with the British press exposing some of the judges as being prepared to take bribes.
