can someone please explain how i add a pic?

really struggling to figure how to add a pic in a forum topic.
Can anyone please help explain if u have a spare minute?:-)

It's easy Ashleigh if you use rgb's site for photo uploading.

Go here and follow the instructions to upload the photo.

Then copy and paste the code the system gives you into your post on the BGAFD (i.e. into the box you type your post into).
