Looking to buy a failing paysite

How would you propose to turn round a failing pay site.
I presume they fail because they never update.
Beth Morggan is one that springs to mind. That has not been updated in nearly 4 years !!!
If she would update then I think her site would grow again, but with old content I wouldn't waste my dosh on that one again, as good as her content is it is all old.

I'm not aboutt to explain how I would hope to turn it around!!! Suffice to say that turning it round is precisely the plan.

you could always buy some cheap content off us and build loads of your own non failing sites with the content

Well not sure how much a paysite would cost to buy... even a failing one, people always value their stuff much higher, I know cause I am one of them (having sold websites and even whole cash programs in the past)
