HD Cameraman with lighting required

Dear Members,

I am looking for a freelance pro, or a skilled amateur cameraman / videographer, with lighting equipment for ongoing work. All work will be owned by myself / company, so purely looking to "hire" the services. If you have editing skills as well, then that will be beneficial but not a deal breaker if not.
