In that case use NATS with your own merchant account...
However, I suggest you look at the simplest available method first. You can always upgrade your backend at a later date, when you know that your venture is bringing in the money to warrant the extra outlay...

When I read your orig post, I didnt notice the webcam part. So, considering I have never used ccbill or epoch for anything other than monthly billing, I'm not 100% sure.
Easiest thing is just goto ccbill or epoch and ask?

ccBill or epoch for sure then.
You could simply just set up each girl as an affiliate with her own sub account. That way, the girl can login direct to the biller, whenever she wants, and see her stats.
Meaning you wouldn't need to 'show her' (Leading to possible mistrust of you changing the numbers) but she could see fo herself.
Also, take into account the 'end user' (Customer) Guys dont mind pulling out their cards and giving their details to a TRUSTED 3rd party, whom they have heard of... Which is another good reason for starting off with the main 2 billers in adult today.
