I am looking for some information/ Advice regarding Studio Hire.
I have never used a studio and am looking to do so in the next few months.
1. How much should I budget for the Hire of a studio in Scotland?
2. How much notice does a studio normally need for hire?
3. Does the Studio provide insurance or is this my responsibility?
4. What is the correct method of payment? Cash, Cheque, Debit/ Credit Card.
5. Are there studio's that give advice/ tuition in using equipment such as lights, light boxes etc.
6. Is a studio likely to provide a model or can you arrange for your own model?
Or does every studio have its own rules and you have to discuss with each studio?

Can some one please recommend a studio for hire near Dundee.
I have not been able to find any on the net.
Dundee would be my first choice evenings and weekends but i am willing to go to Fife, Edinburgh, Central Scotland, Glasgow or up to Aberdeen at weekends.
I have to use public transport so the place has to be on a direct Train or Bus Route from Dundee. So really the bigger towns and cities on the routes.
The shoot will probubly be dressed at most underwear/ swimsuit etc. This is to get experiance of studio probubly be in August. SioI may see if there are models in the Scottish area then.
