No, not since 2004. I used a simple password on it, and it was indeed 'hacked'

Since then, I have used my own domain names and strong passwords, like I have suggested.

Yeah strong passwords, are best but Microsoft hotmail always gets hacked no mater how strong the password is

A bit dangerous to make declarations based on no knowledge! Microsoft email is deeply prone to hacking - however you choose to define it. The fact that the players mentioned here happen to be in the porn industry is purely a function of the forum within which we're speaking.

In fact Hotmail and Live.com emails are hacked all the time, and SIGNIFICANTLY more than any other web-based mail. It IS 'big news', but of course within the limits to which anyone cares. Do a bit of reading, and you will realise just how common the problem is.

To call it a spam problem is some mixed up thinking. If someone accesses your account and writes to your contacts, that IS hacking and it's NOT spam from the account holder's point of view.

Sorry to rant, but reading lines like "Your problem is a spam problem and because you don't understand it", when you're so wrong yourself is just laughable.

The advice on using strong passwords and - as I do - avoiding MS-based email is good advice.
