Try your local GUM/Sexual Health clinic Trinity, they often give them away by the bucketload.

ive got lots of free condoms from St Marys in Praed St , i could sell mine on Ebay, got bags full , still use by date for few yrs not getting any shagging .........................

Try this seller on eBay, free P&P and you get them next day most times, we have always bought from them, cheapest around not sure if you use the website Adultwork but if so you can buy off there using your credits.
