Movie clip file sizes on Adult Work

I really wouldn't lower the FPS, it can do a great injustice to your video.

I would always make sure that the you encode using the most complex, highest quality options, if you find you can't achieve the quality/filesize that you would like then you should try dropping the resolution and trying again, until you have it perfect.

You can also try de-noising your video using filters as this generally helps the encoder using bitrate for the noise instead of other areas. If your looking to hit a specific filesize then make sure your using a 2pass encode, otherwise go with a quality based 1 pass method, to make sure your not using too much bitrate.

Does adultwork allow H264 instead of WMV? If so i would move to a H264/MP4 encoder as at lower bitrates it tends to fair much greater in quality.

The problem with dropping frame rate is that it doesn't equate to the same level of bitrate savings. i.e. a drop of 30-50% in fps will not give you a 30-50% drop in bitrate if you wish to maintain the same quality. The reason for this is that the B/P frames will take up little space anyway, unless you have a lot of motion in your scenes.

If Adultwork lets you use MP4 files then you would definitely get a bet quality video for the same filesize, drop quicktime because its rubbish though.

If i had an uncompressed 1 minute sample, i could do some encodes for you, to see what you could achieve.

Frankly I wouldn't fucking bother.
Why go to the trouble of uploading stuff for them to delete a picture here and there simply because one picture might be like another.
Don't make sense because the gallery is still gonna be the same price so in effect they have removed some of the value from a set of images.
They waste your time and seem answerable to no-one.
