I maybe wrong and things may have changed but as far as I am aware, fisting is illegal in the UK due to the assumption that it is an abusive form of sex.
Feel free to let me know if things have changed to make this type of penetration legal in photos and movies.

The law relating to fisting recently changed and is now not allowed on UK sites.
