Rate advice for a newbie...

Post by SpannerProductions »

Hi Guys & Dolls,

Have a lady friend, who is very interested 'in dipping her toe' !grin! as it were into the adult industry to see if she fancies doing more.

At this stage of the game, she doesn't have a portfolio or such, so pictures are not available at this stage - but she's coming round later for tea!!! so will see what I can do.

She is a very yummy mummy, nice figure (bit alt with a few tattoos and pink highlighted hair) She has asked me for some advice on what sort of money she should ask for with regards to solo/BG work..

been a long time since I've worked with a complete newbie, so I'm a little unsure of the going rates. For stills work I have advised her that starting off clothed, moving onto lingerie and ultimately nude she should be looking at anything between ?30 & ?40 per hour!!this is based on basic mainstream modelling hourly rates

With regards to doing a boy/girl hardcore scene I have said no LESS than ?200 - would that be about right ??

She has a high sex drive and is certainly no prude, and basically fancies the idea of being wildly fucked on camera. I've gone thru all the possible pitfalls of industry life such as 'family/friends' might see etc etc and she's cool with all that.

At the end of the day she wants to do a scene, and see if the reality of the industry goes hand in hand with her expectations of what is involved.

Any advice would be great - she's a family friend (which is unfortunately why I won't be shooting her myself-although hope springs eternal.lol)and quite happy for me to ask questions and vet responses on her behalf at this stage.

She's been approached by a few independent photographers thru her FB page but is unsure of what to reply...
