How does this thing work? Since licensee retains ownership, are they allowed to ask the licensor to remove the content from their sites ...say 2 years down the road for whatever reason? These reasons including (but not limited to) the model's family being unhappy and her subsequently wanting the licensee to remove her. Maybe she doesn't like the site she appears on..etc etc....

Also, it says that the content shouldn't be altered in any way shape or form to look like it is copyrighted by the licensor. Does this mean that the licensor isn't able to put their site's logo on the pics and video?

You can put your watermark on the pics/vids.
Without wanting to sound harsh, the models have posed for the content, been paid and signed a model release, so there would be no taking down of content if they requested it. They would have to appreciate this is a business at the end of the day and we can't be selling content and then asking people who have bought it to take it down in the future.

Basically the only things you can't do with the content is to sell it to other websites/magazines etc.
