West Midlands shoot location available

Hi Folks,
i am offering my(our) 3 bedroom house for use as a shoot location in the West Midlands. We have 3 bedrooms, large kitchen/breakfast room, large lounge (6mtrs by 4 mtrs) conservatory accessed from the lounge or kitchen, garage and large loft room. Loft room very bland at the moment but to be converted to a dungeon as soon as we can.
Refreshments provided and transport from/to stations or other pick up points also available for models and or crew. Myself and/or partner available for inclusion in the shoot in any capacity.
