In Hungary certs are made on photo ID'd paper and then embossed wth a seal and they all come from the same clinic, so its easy to tell a genuine one. In the UK they come in all shapes and styles, some on letterhead, some on computer printouts and all completely and easily forgeable. There is no way of telling one is genuine especially, in the raucous environment of a sex "Party".
