May i ask out of interest why you do not use epoch? I have found epochs system is easier to use, processing percentage is less and their customer support is better. Thats what i find anyways.

Ive just built a smaller affiliate site - Originally went with Epoch, but clients have to login directly to the epoch system to find your galleries. So they cant be displayed as well.

So learnt a bit of coding for CCBILL and how to cascade so the payments still go through Epoch and BOOM, all seems to be working flawlessly

Yep CCBILL and EPOCH cascading billing is the way forward the guys who run spunkslutcastingcalls.com have always done this. Also means so I am told that if a affiliate sends someone to the site and they sign up through epoch it still goes into there CCBILL account to pay them out???/

Right Paul. I've got mine set up so even the Epoch-only signup buttons go through the CCBill traffic manager.

Any Epoch sales show up on Epoch as a full sale, then the affiliate commision comes out of your CCBill total.
ie. +$30 on the Epoch side, -$15 on the CCBill side, and the affiliate gets paid via CCBill.

Personally Mike, I like Epoch too. I've had less chargebacks and less denials through Epoch, but IMHO some surfers will always prefer to use a biller they trust, so I offer the option of CCBill, Epoch AND GXB for anyone who wants to bill through their mobile phone.

The Epoch affiliate system is okay, but doesnt offer enough features that hard workign affilates link nowadays (like feeds for instance)

Pesonally, I go with CCBills affilate framework, a third party affiliate toolset on top, and cascading billing. Means you
i) get the best of all worlds!
ii) give your affilates as many tools as they want (so they'll WANT to promote you!)
iii) More billing options means everyone will be able to use the biller they know and trust

the downside? .... small overhead for the affilate toolset. WOJ has some good ones for one-off payments, or theres things like Sliiing, CCBTools, Script5 etc

I had a look into the CCBTools and Script5 etc. Seemed quite a lot to pay out monthly, or the costs were super high if you wanted to pay a one time fee - ill look into Sliiing though...

I managed to create the basic features manually - avoided all costs and just needed a bit of custom coding written, all seems to be working fine - Looks like a huge pro system on the front end
