you will see details of a possable mini gonorrhoea outbreak.
This is not meant to cause panic but just to keep everybody informed and to make sure everybody who has certs to get re checked.

Well done for making everyone aware of this,

But don't forget the 7 day incubation period guys/girls - it can take upto 7 days after contact for it pick up on a test.
so if someone you worked with rings you and says they might have it, stop working and wait for the incubation period to be up before getting tested.

we can make this industry safe if where all careful and look out for each other.

Just to correct things, though we should all take care. the symptoms were exactly like G so the doc treated me for that, but the test came back negative and the symptoms were not cured. So it's a non-chlamydial, non-gonococcal thing and most likely either trichomonas vaginalis (an easily treatable protozoan which is apparently the world's commonest STD!!) or an adenovirus (which is the same group as cause the common cold, conjunctivitis, sometimes bronchitis, sometimes diarrhoea, and sometimes urethritis) and these are finally conquered by the body's natural immune system just as you get over a cold.

Neither TV or adenoviruses are commonly tested by clinics. The former is often, but not always asymptomatic.
