I would like to see/hear Layla~Jade's shown on KSEX Radio on Monday nights but have a marked aversion to stumping up dosh for any internet site!!
Has anybody accessed KSEX Radio - and does it work OK ? and
If it can be readily accessed, does anyone know how and by what software the programme could be recorded ?

Hi Rock (Rock?!?!),
KSex Radio is all free, just go to , on the main page there is a "listen now" link. This loads a new page. First time listeners will be asked to provide an email address to provde age 18+ (don't worrry about this, you wont end up getting tons of spam. You might get the ksexradio newsletter, but you can cancel this, and the cancel does work). It uses a Real Audio stream for the connection (plugin for this is fairly standard), which is fine for modem links as well as broadband. The thing that has confused me is the time (as in time of day) that the schedules refer to, as they are all American time, and America has a number of times zones. Also, when they are not transmitting live, they appear to broadcast previously recorded shows. As for recording the output, well I tried connecting the headphone socket on my computer to the microphone socket of an old portable cassette player, and it recorded OK at reasonable quality.

I don't even seem to get past first base - when I click on "Listen now" - I do not get a complete window - I can enter my e-mail addy but can do nothing with it - I wonder if my browser is set wrong in some way!!!

The ksexradio.com opening page shows my local time - Pacific. I clicked 'listen now' and even after installing the latest media player upgrade the voices sound speeded up and the sound cuts out every few seconds. Hard to believe it's a live broadcast since people only talk at one speed unless they're in a room full of helium. I can get virgin radio in the UK perfectly with real player any time. Good luck with this one.

Well thanks for that guys - this morning - at just gone 9pm Pacific Time - ie Monday night in the US - expecting the gorgeous Layla~Jade - I logged on - got both sound and piccies - to find a dark-haired girl - a little larger then my taste normally accomodates - holding forth in an American accent. KSEX announced the time at 9.56pm
